2. Key Characteristics and Price
The package name, lesson count, list price, applied discounts, and total payable amount are explicitly displayed on the checkout confirmation screen and order summary.
3. Payment and Performance
Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards (via PayTR 256-bit SSL) or bank transfer. Lesson credits are allocated to the student account upon payment confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Buyers can request cancellation prior to lesson delivery. Where lessons have commenced, the deduction rule set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
5. Refund Deduction Rule
If lessons have been used, completed lessons are deducted at the undiscounted standard single-lesson list price communicated at purchase, and the remaining balance is refunded. Statutory rights are fully preserved.
